Guzzlin’ the Gatorade

Dr. Hubby, guest blogger here.

Amy is doing well.  The surgery went fine, no complications, problems nor surprises.  She is recovering nicely, and has already progressed from water to gatorade to orange jello!  If all goes as planned, we should be heading home tomorrow (2/27).

No pictures tonight, per patient’s orders.

We’ll try to keep you posted.  Thanks for the prayers.  God’s been good.

–Dan

  5. Great news. And Dr. Dan, thanks for being a great husband, doctor, and now, a great blogger too! Wow, you just keep getting more and more amazing. Put SHDB on the front of your scrubs: Super Husband, Doctor and Blogger.

People will know what that means, and WILL be impressed.

(seriously though, we’ll continue to pray for Amy’s speedy recovery and give thanks for the successful surgery.)

  6. That’s very good to know – thank you for the update!
Amy, I’m continuing to lift you up to the Lord and pray he will quickly heal the surgery, and while he’s at it, refresh your spirit with his lovely presence.
